About The Pivot Club
The Pivot Club was born from real life—not theory, trends, or escape fantasies. It was created by Turista Jackson, a single mother, entrepreneur, and global thinker who has spent years building a life with intention—while raising her daughter, Lee Lee, on her own. From a young age, Lee Lee grew up watching her mother make thoughtful, strategic decisions about work, income, and location. Every move had to account for stability, safety, growth, and opportunity—not just for one person, but for a family. Travel wasn’t about luxury or leisure; it was about understanding the world and choosing wisely. That lived experience became the foundation of The Pivot Club.
As Lee Lee grew, travel became a shared classroom. Together, Turista and her daughter experienced different cultures, environments, and ways of living—learning firsthand that visiting a place is very different from actually living there. They saw how neighborhoods feel at different times of day, how communities function, how daily routines shape quality of life, and how systems either support or complicate everyday living.
